Spring Break College Planners Fee

Description

Trips include all airport transfers, hotel accommodations, daily breakfast or all-inclusive options, one water-sport experience, and two bar or club entries (when available), along with curated dining suggestions.

All trips are custom-planned for your group, and we work with all budgets. We provide one packaged rate with all inclusions for a fully managed trip. Hotel names are provided once the quote is accepted based on your budget. We book 4-star hotels unless otherwise requested. You will have the option to choose from two hotels once the quote is accepted.

Quotes are offered as full package deals and are not itemized.

Once the planning fee is processed:

1. A trip file is created.

2. A text chat will be created for the parents, and a group WhatsApp chat will be set up for students to review trip details once the quote is approved. A payment plan will be provided, and we are always happy to accommodate custom plans if needed.

3. You will receive an email requesting a credit card authorization form for our records, along with a copy of each traveler’s passport.
   Passports must have at least six months of validity remaining before travel.

Once the quote is finalized, we will send a one-page overview of trip inclusions and the payment plan agreement. We will then load the full itinerary into our app, shared with both students and parents.

Flights to the island are not included but can be added.
