Cancel Policy
This trip is a self guided non refundable trip. IF ENTIRE GROUP IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL DUE TO UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS, OR NATIONAL QUARANTINES, YOU WILL BE OFFERED A TRIP CREDIT LESS A $25.00 ADMIN FEE TO BE USED TOWARD ANY FUTURE FULL TRIP FOR 12 MONTHS.
We highly recommend Optional Trip Protection and Travel Protection for $30.00 which will be optional during checkout, to ensure a refund if you prefer not to have an Abroadeez credit.
If full trip is cancelled due to COVID19, Abroadeez will assist processing the insurance claim as a group to ensure the fastest possible insurance refund. Even during unprecedented times like COVID19, we were able to process refunds for 100 percent of our clients with trip protection policies.
For individual cancels, we will direct you how to fill out the claim for fast processing as well.
