TRANSATLANTIC FLIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED
Trips are all custom to your budget and may include all airport transfers, hotels,, breakfast, tours, experiences , flights, trains.
We work with all budgets. We offer one rate with inclusions for a managed trip. We dont give hotel names until quote is accepted based on budgets. High 4* hotels will be booked.
Once the planning fee is processed.
1. A trip file is created .
2. A text or whats app chat will be made for the students , and a group whats app chat will be created to discuss experience details with the students once the quote is approved. A payment plan will be offered. We will always work with you if you need a custom payment plan.
3. You will all be emailed cc form to be on file with us, and requesting copy of passport.
****** passports must have at least six months before expiration for you to be able to travel.
Once the quote is complete we will send you a trip one page inclusions and payment plan agreement. We will then proceed to add the entire trip to an itinerary app shared by students and parents.
Trans-atlantic or Pacific-atlantic flights will also be agreed on and you’ll be on your way to an amazing adventure.
