Trips include all airport transfers, hotels,, breakfast, experiences each city, some club entry based on request, suggestions for dining, all inter city flights or trains.
All trips are custom planned for your group. We work with all budgets. We offer one rate with inclusions for a managed trip.
Once the planning fee is processed.
1. A trip file is created .
2. A text chat will be made for the parents, and a group whats app chat will be created to discuss experience details with the students.
3. You will all be emailed cc form to be on file with us, and requesting copy of passport.
****** passports must have at least six months before expiration for you to be able to travel.
Once the trip is planned we will send you a trip one page inclusions and payment plan agreement.
Trans-atlantic or Pacific-atlantic flights will also be agreed on and you’ll be on your way to an amazing adventure.
