TRAVEL SERVICES – TRIP GROUP PLANNING FEE

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Our managed group trips are fully customized to your group and budget. Planning can include:

• Hotels and accommodations
• Airport and ground transfers
• Experiences and activities
• Dining recommendations
• Intercity flights and/or trains
• Airport greeters
• Personalized trip planning and support

We work withing your budget and provide one all-inclusive rate based on your group’s needs and preferences.

AFTER THE PLANNING FEE IS PROCESSED

1. Trip Planning Begins
We create a dedicated trip file and begin building your customized itinerary.

2. Group Communication
A parent text group and student WhatsApp group will be created once the quote is approved. We will also provide a payment plan and can accommodate customized payment schedules when needed.

3. Traveler Information
Each traveler will complete a required information form and provide a copy of their passport.

IMPORTANT: Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of travel to meet applicable international entry requirements.

FINAL TRIP

Once finalized, you will receive:

• A one-page trip overview with inclusions
• Payment plan agreement
• Full itinerary through our shared itinerary app
