PAYMENT DEADLINES
Deposit: 500 Due By March 16th
Final Payment: Balance Due By April 1st
(A $25 surcharge will be applied to payments that are more than 48 hours late.)
IMPORTANT DEADLINES
Fraternity Brothers must update the Abroadeez Room Sign-Up Sheet by March 16th, 2026 to indicate if they are bringing a date.
All add-ons and final requests must be submitted by April 1, 2026. Please send these requests to your group leader.
Trip Insurance: Optional but highly recommended. We strongly suggest purchasing “Cancel for Any Reason” protection.
Full coverage: Trip insurance must be purchased within 7 days of booking. “Cancel for Any Reason” protection reimburses 75% if purchased within 7 days of booking.
Individual medical cancellations are covered 100% if trip protection is purchased within 7 days of booking.

HOTEL & PAYMENT INFORMATION
- Room Incidentals: Each guest must provide a valid credit card for room incidentals. Hotels will place a hold of $50–$100 per night, which will be released upon checkout or the next business day.
- Acknowledgment of Terms: All travelers must sign an acknowledgment of terms, which will be emailed to you and is also available on our website.
- Passport Requirement: A valid passport is required for entry into the USA by bus.
