All student trips, both abroad and domestic, are booked as non-refundable and non-cancellable. Trip insurance is optional but strongly recommended and available at the time of deposit. Add-ons may be requested at any time. Full trip policies may vary depending on the trip. You are responsible for paying your contract, as costs per person are based on the group. Personal and hotel incidentals are not included in the itinerary. Each group will be required to provide a credit card at each hotel to cover possible personal or group charges. 

Any incidentals charged to the agency will be billed to the responsible traveler. In the event of a default, cancellation, or other unforeseen experience caused by the supplier, we will do our best to reschedule or assist in submitting your claim to insurance for an accepted reason. If a trip needs to be changed or canceled, Abroadeez will charge an additional $150.00 planning fee per person for any refund requests. Student trips are designed to keep costs low, which means trips are prepaid, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. However, we offer “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance, which provides a 75% refund with no questions asked, or a 100% refund for one of the covered insurance reasons. By signing and completing this Credit Card Authorization form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms of Service and Acknowledgement of Risk, available at the bottom of our website’s home page.
