  • Luxury Coach Bus Transport: Round-trip transportation from College to Montreal OR Toronto can be arranged upon request.
  • Dining Options:We can arrange a prepaid set group menu for your party at local restaurants, or assist with booking reservations for self-paid dining.

Payment Deadlines

  • Planning Fee: 30PP

    (A $25 surcharge will be applied to payments that are more than 48 hours late.)

Important Deadlines

  • All add-ons and final requests must be submitted by April 1, 2025. Please send these requests to your group leader.
  • Trip Insurance: Optional but highly recommended. We strongly suggest purchasing “Cancel for Any Reason” protection.
    • Full coverage: Trip insurance must be purchased within 7 days of booking.
    • “Cancel for Any Reason” protection reimburses 75% if purchased within 7 days of booking.
    • Cancellations for covered reasons are refunded 100% with trip protection purchased within seven days
      (Insurance is available through a Triple-A rated insurance company. To purchase, respond to the receipt sent to abroadeez@gmail.com.)

Hotel & Payment Information

  • Room Incidentals: Each guest must provide a valid credit card for room incidentals. Hotels will place a hold of $50–$100 per night, which will be released upon checkout or the next business day.
  • Acknowledgment of Terms: All travelers must sign an acknowledgment of terms, which will be emailed to you and is also available on our website.
  • Passport Requirement: A valid passport is required for entry into the USA by bus.
