Round-trip transportation from Marist to Montreal can be arranged upon request.

We can arrange a prepaid set group menu at local restaurants or assist with reservations for self-paid dining.
PAYMENT DEADLINES
To be determined by Abroadeez and Marsit (Trip Lead).
IMPORTANT DEADLINES
Trip Insurance: Optional but highly recommended.
We strongly suggest purchasing Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage.
- Full coverage: Must be purchased within 7 days of booking (not the planning fee date).
- CFAR reimbursement: 75% refund if purchased within 7 days of booking.
- Cancellations for covered reasons: 100% refund if protection is purchased within 7 days.

HOTEL & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Room Incidentals:
Each guest must provide a valid credit card. Hotels will place a hold of $50–$100 per night, released at checkout or the next business day.
Acknowledgment of Terms:
All travelers must sign an acknowledgment of terms, which will be emailed to you and is also available on our website.
Passport Requirement:
A valid passport is required for entry into the USA by bus, car, or plane.

- All student trips are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
- Once the trip is finalized a contract will be sent out for signature
- Any charges associated with this booking may not be disputed.
- Prices and event locations are subject to change.
- If trip details need to change due to group-size adjustments, Abroadeez will work with the trip lead to find suitable alternatives.
- We are committed to COVID-safe travel planning.
