Trips are custom to your budget and may include  airport transfers, hotels,, breakfast, experiences , suggestions for dining, all inter city flights or trains, greeters at airport and more depending on requests. .
We always book with safety first.
Local Winery Tours, Museum Tours, Boat Tours, Biking Tours, Cooking Classes, Vintage Shopping, Club Entry , ClubDrivers , Reservations, Hotel Bookings, Luxury Concierge Services
After meeting, we will create a quote  and offer one rate with inclusions for a managed trip.  We don’t break down the trip. We don’t give hotel names until quote is accepted based on budgets. But we will give you 2 options to choose from. We book low 4* hotels unless asked for luxury.

Once the planning fee is processed.
1. A trip file is created .
2. A text chat will be made for the parents, and a group whats app chat will be created to discuss experience details with the students only once the quote is approved by parents. A payment plan will be offered. We will always work with you if you need a custom payment plan.
3. You will all be emailed  cc form to be on file with us, and requesting copy of passport.
    ****** passports must have at least six months before expiration for you to be able to travel.
Once  the quote is complete we will send you a trip one page inclusions and payment plan agreement. We will then proceed to add the entire trip to an itinerary app shared by students and parents.
