PAYMENT DEADLINES

Planning Fee : paid

Deposit: $200 DUE BY JAN 31ST
First Payment: $500 per couple, due by February 27, 2026
Balance: Due by March 27, 2026 (Final amount depends on room type and number of occupants.)
(A $25 surcharge will be applied to payments that are more than 48 hours late.)

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

Fraternity Brothers must update the Abroadeez Room Sign-Up Sheet by February 15th, 2026 to indicate if they are bringing a date.
All add-ons and final requests must be submitted by March 1, 2026. Please send these requests to your group leader.

Trip Insurance: Optional but highly recommended. We strongly suggest purchasing “Cancel for Any Reason” protection.

Full coverage: Trip insurance must be purchased within 7 days of booking. “Cancel for Any Reason” protection reimburses 75% if purchased within 7 days of booking.
Individual medical cancellations are covered 100% if trip protection is purchased within 7 days of booking.
(Insurance is available through a Triple-A rated insurance company. To purchase, respond to the receipt sent to abroadeez@gmail.com.)

HOTEL & PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Room Incidentals: Each guest must provide a valid credit card for room incidentals. Hotels will place a hold of $50–$100 per night, which will be released upon checkout or the next business day.
  • Acknowledgment of Terms: All travelers must sign an acknowledgment of terms, which will be emailed to you and is also available on our website.
  • Passport Requirement: A valid passport is required for entry into the USA by bus.

Abroadeez Agreement on Trip Pricing and Terms

This agreement confirms that the prices for the trip outlined in the product that you are purchasing shall remain valid and unchanged, provided that reservations can be secured at the specified hotels and bars at the time of booking.

It is understood that a slight price adjustment may occur if the number of participants in the group differs from the number referenced in the offer letter. In the event that reservations cannot be secured at the specified locations, both parties agree to work together to provide alternative arrangements.

Upon receiving all deposits, contracts will be signed with the relevant hotels, clubs, and bars within 48 hours. Following the finalization of these contracts, the group will be notified of the final trip plans and costs within 24 hours.

By paying the deposit, you agree to be financially responsible for the full cost of the trip as outlined in this agreement, including adherence to the deadlines specified.

You acknowledge that all student trips are non-refundable and non-transferable. You also acknowledge that you have been offered the option to purchase trip insurance, as detailed in the “Important Details” section of the product you are purchasing.
