Abroadeez Agreement on Trip Pricing and Terms

This agreement Abroadeez Agreement on Trip Pricing and Terms” confirms that the prices for the trip outlined in the attached offer document “Formal offer" shall remain valid and unchanged, provided that reservations can be secured at the specified hotels and bars at the time of booking.

It is understood that a slight price adjustment may occur if the number of participants in the group differs from the number referenced in the “Formal offer" document. In the event that reservations cannot be secured at the specified locations, both parties agree to work together to provide alternative arrangements, with reasonable efforts made to maintain the quality and cost of the trip.

Upon receiving all deposits, contracts will be signed with the relevant hotels, clubs, and bars within 48 hours. Following the finalization of these contracts, the group will be notified of the final trip costs within 24 hours.

Deposit and Financial Responsibility

By paying the deposit, you agree to be financially responsible for the full cost of the trip as outlined in this Agreement, including adherence to the deadlines specified. The deposit is considered an acknowledgment of your commitment to the trip, and no refunds will be made once paid, except as provided for under the terms of this Agreement.

Non-Refundability

You acknowledge that all student trips are non-refundable, and that your deposit is non-transferable. You also acknowledge that you have been offered the ability to purchase trip insurance, as referenced in the Offer Document, and it is your responsibility to consider such coverage before committing to the trip.

Risk Acknowledgment

By paying the deposit, you also acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in Abroadeez’s Risk Acknowledgment Form, available at this link: [Acknowledgment of Risk Form]. You agree to assume all risks associated with participating in the trip, including but not limited to any risks related to travel, health, or COVID-19, and agree that Abroadeez will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip.

Event Modifications and Cancellations

Abroadeez reserves the right to modify, cancel, or substitute any part of the trip, including but not limited to event locations, hotels, or activities, due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by Abroadeez, participants will be refunded any applicable payments made, minus any non-recoverable costs.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement in the event of circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, pandemics (including COVID-19), natural disasters, or any other event of force majeure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through [arbitration/mediation] in [specified location], and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey.
