This  Paella experience  is a great option for those who might be pressed on time or simply want a short-and-sweet paella class. Each cooking station is shared by one-two guests and includes its own utensils and ingredients for each paella. The workshop lasts approximately 2 hours and is a great experience of the world of Paella and Spanish cuisine.

On each class, depending on the amount of guests, several varieties of paella will be made so that guests are able to learn how to create and taste more than one type of paella.

After the workshop,  guests sit down together to enjoy their self-made paella with wine and additional courses prepared by our experienced team of chefs.

Itinerary

When guests arrive to the  Club they are welcome by one of our hosts with a glass of cava while they make themselves comfortable and then walked through the concept behind TPC and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, you will organize yourselves in groups of two per cooking station. There you will find all ingredients already prepped (measured and cut/chopped) in order to cook each paella with the guidance of our professional chefs. The paella workshop itself has a duration of 45 minutes to an hour; while the paellas are finishing cooking you guys will sit and enjoy other courses made by our chef as well as your paella creations.
